Consultation
First we will get in contact via our contact form. Viktor, the owner, will personally schedule a call or meeting to learn more about your needs, budget, and timeline. We get to know you, your goals, and the specific features you want in your home.
Design and Team Assembly
After we understand your vision, we’ll move forward with a Pre-Construction Agreement and collect a retainer to cover preliminary expenses prior to breaking ground. With your personalized design choices in place, we’ll partner with our trusted subcontractors and suppliers to make your vision a reality.
Construction Kickoff
Now that the plan is finalized and the team is ready, it’s time to break ground and start constructon your home. We keep you informed every step of the way with clear updates on your home’s progress. You’ll always know what’s happening and when. Our commitment to flawless project management ensures every detail is handled seamlessly, so you can enjoy the process with confidence.
Move-In Ready
Before we hand over the keys to your dream home, our team will do a walkthrough to make sure every last detail is just the way you want it. At this stage, we take care of any last-minute details so that when you move in, everything is flawless and you can simply relax and enjoy your new home.
Post-Construction Support
After completely finishing your home, we are still here for you! Any issues that arise, no matter how small, are handled promptly and professionally.
